ANSWER: The home is being built in Cumming, Georgia. About a 20-minute drive north of Atlanta , the home will be located in the neighborhood of Vickery, which features a unique blend of traditional and innovative in the conglomeration of shops, offices, schools, recreational areas, and homes.

ANSWER: Toby Long, founding architect of Clever Homes , has accepted the challenge of crafting the beautiful, innovative and flexible America 's Home. QUESTION: How much will the home cost?
ANSWER: The completed home will be worth $529,000 . Representing one of the most important factors communicated by Better Homes and Gardens readers, America's Home was designed to be extremely affordable (approximately $120 per square foot), and scaled to fit most suburban lots (under 3,000 square feet). Plus, the home is designed to grow. SIP's allow us to build a smaller home today, and the family can add on later. In addition, this panelized insulated system will allow the homeowner to rely on reduced energy costs. The home is also fitted with the highest quality materials, cosmetic accessories, and the latest technology and appliances. The total prize package will be worth $669,000.

ANSWER: As part of the Better Home Better Living: Win America 's Home Sweepstakes, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected to win the home. Each month, from January – October 2005, one (1) First Place winner will be selected to receive a prize package featuring products provided by our cosponsors, a $500 Home Depot Gift Card, an all-expenses paid trip to the, and a key that could unlock the door to America 's Home. The semi-finalists will convene at the home in Cumming , Georgia to test their keys. The key that unlocks the door, wins the home!

QUESTION: How can I enter the Sweepstakes?
ANSWER: There are two ways to enter the Win America 's Home Sweepstakes. To enter online, Visit or and complete the online entry form by registering, entering your telephone number and clicking “Submit”. For mail-in entry, print your first and last name, street address, daytime phone number and age on a postcard and mail to: “Win America's Home – Attn: Sweepstakes Entry,” P.O.
